	Types of Rooms Available: There are private and semi-private rooms available at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center. At Maurice Griffith Manor there are double and single occupancy rooms available.
Daily Room Cost:
	Shepherd of the Valley Care Center: Private: $193.00 per day Semi-private: $193..00 per day Maurice Griffith Manor: Large Studio...................... $2,450.00 Regular Studio...................$2,000.00
Services Included in the Daily Room Cost at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center:
	24 hour nursing care. Routine nursing supplies. Three meals a day including snacks. All housekeeping and laundry services. Dental hygienist services. Transportation to all medical appointments. Activities seven days a week. Cable television.
Service Included in the Monthly Rent at Maurice Griffith Manor:
	On-call nursing service. Three meals a day. Housekeeping twice weekly. Bed linens changed weekly. Assistance with Activities of Daily Living. Transportation to medical appointments. Activitiesw.
Additional Services Available at Maurice Griffith Manor:
	Personal laundry services are available for a $20.00 monthly fee.
Admission: Shepherd of the Valley Care Center:
	Admission to long-term health care facilities, regardless of the pay source, must have a physician’s order for admission to the specific long term care facility prior to the resident being admitted. The potential resident’s primary physician can write the order for the admission.
